Blue Oceans is a consultancy firm that specializes in strategic communication services to private, public and civil society sectors. We conceptualize communication and media-based ideas and solutions for our clients. Importantly, we create sustainable frameworks through which institutions can continue effectively implementing communication activities, as trained by Blue Oceans teams. The creation of Blue Oceans was largely inspired by the need to create content by Rwandans about Rwandans; to be shared with the world.
